BORN IN BAINBRIDGE, GEORGIA IN 1957, CLAY IS MIXED HERITAGE OF NORWEGIAN, DUTCH, AND ENGLISH ANCESTRY. HE HAS PUBLISHED POETRY AND EDITORIALS AND JOURNALS. “NEW LIFE” WAS ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED 1995-96 ANTHOLOGY, THE NATIONAL LIBRARY OF POETRY.
