recovery from traumas, insecurities, pain, aggression, vulnerabilities,
disappointment, and hurt.
Healing
can be constant, a repetitive cycle that never ends
looped experience is creating ever so more
coping perpetuates healing.
Actions, hurtful words, negative influences that may
cause others who demand healing in our healing, unaware.
Doing the right thing may not always be the right thing.
Doing the wrong thing may not always be the wrong thing
as to where your core beliefs lie.
Composing trauma to others, to love ones that will require
healing for them, causing new trauma to yourself that will
Require more healing for yourself.
An active pursuit in accord to assisting others to heal rather than
causing one unintentional or intentional necessity of healing
we can begin to heal enlightenment of unselfishness,
helping others to heal. It’s healing for all. | JB
