My negative thoughts, I will push out of my mind,
the distant sound of words whispered like:
- Separated from the ones I love the most.
- I’m without aid and support, as the months have passed, not sure how long I can last.
- I am unaccompanied, and can feel my heart bleed in pain, for my soulmate.
- Unattended I sit and wait, only for the sun and moon to rise and set, they are my safest bet.
My negative thoughts as I inhale, they begin to
expel. I replace them with …
- Unchaperoned in silence, I still can hear my soul calling.
- Solely, my spirit sings inside of me, reminding me that I’m special and unique.
- As supremely singular, I hold on to my allegiance and sing.
