Have you ever wondered how much of the natural world dwells within you? Maybe there are laden curiosities that you haven't yet taken the time to glean more about. Have you ever felt the presence of power when you feel the rain energy surround you? Or been in awe when you see a perfect sunset. Even better — feel the earth beneath you, and the vibrations of the magnetic plates travel through you. I'd like to take you on a journey acknowledging your chakras from your root chakra all the way to your crown chakra.
To start close your eyes. Now take five deep breaths in. Breath in slowly through your slightly parted mouth, and out through your nose. With each breath in repeat after me: I am worthy of all knowledge, I am open to guidance, I trust myself, and I will feel completely whole. (Please repeat 3 times.) Notice that all you hear is the sound of my voice guiding you.
Picture yourself lying in a field. The grass is a little long, and it’s blowing gently across your body. It is tickling the back of your arms and your calves slightly. It feels welcoming, so you don’t move. You start to hear a couple of hummingbirds fluttering about and the wind is blanketing you with a soft breeze. Other than that, you don't hear anything. After taking your next deep breath in you can smell lavender with a touch of mint and pine, but you still don't open your eyes. You feel the need to tune into your body. You feel it is time to realign your energy through your chakras by marrying your inner world with the natural world. From the root to the crown of your head you feel an energy that seems to flow from the magnetic plates beneath you. You extend the capacity of your hearing because you hear something that reminds you of a soft bell or soft high note and that sound is a constant hum. You drown yourself in the oneness as this sound surrounds you.
In this moment, you feel grounded in your wildflower field. You accept the soft glow of light that expands below your belly button. As you take another deep breath in, you feel a red glow at your pelvic floor transferring to an orange and then expand to a fully lit translucent yellow at your belly button. The hum you heard gets a little louder and you feel the yellow light travel up to your chest cavity and start to turn green. Take a breath and see the blue glow breath out of your still slightly parted mouth and now it’s time to prepare your eyes focus to clearly see the indigo that will travel in between them.
You feel the luminescence of light traveling through your chakra line, and the soft steady rhythm of a hum vibrating along with it. Eyes still closed, I want you to look down as if you were looking at your chin and then eyes still closed with the next breath look up as is you were looking skyward. Bring your closed eyes to neutral and then look to the right as if you could look into your ear. Bring your eyes neutral and look to the left ear. Now, when you bring your eyes neutral, you’re going to see the blue light that radiates up from your throat and changes into a ball of indigo that sits directly above your eyes, landing at the base of your pituitary gland. Smile, this is your third eye that lights the way for the purple at the crown of your chakras at the part of your head. This is your highest self here in the natural world. You have awoken your ability to meet nature within. The natural world dwells within us all. You have found a way to rejuvenate yourself with simply tuning into the senses you were born with.
You may take note again of that ground you are laying on. Feel the vibration of the earth's magnetic plates slightly shift beneath you. As your focus starts to drift to the soft breeze blowing the grass on your arms and calves you notice that your chakra light is dimming out and you take the slowest deepest breath in, and imagine opening your eyes to summit you would see from the very top of a mountain. You can see other mountains in the distance with some fog distorting the peaks of them and snow a little further down until finally you see the ground and the trees that surround your summit. This is the world around us. It lives within us. We are one with the: air, earth, fire, wind. We are one with all living things down to the smallest flower. How we choose to connect ourselves is on us. So, congratulate yourself for taking this trip with your higher self and marrying the natural world with the world within you.
Now sit down and cross your legs. Imagine you close your eyes in the sun and tilt your head back a little to enjoy the last of this moment. Because you now feel a light calm mist start to surround you. This mist starts to become a thick fog that lifts you and you begin to drift back to the here and now. As the fog starts to plant you back in your original position you become less aware of the texture of the fog and more aware of the other noises around you as you start to awaken your fingers and toes you open your eyes; feeling a little earthy and accomplished.
Carry these feelings with you until we meet again. | ST
